My Daily Journal Entry:
I completed a 40 day high volume workout training protocol last week. And after a 4 day off from my training, I’m now doing German Volume training for 2 weeks. These are high intensity, low volume workouts.
I’m mostly doing a lot of compound movements and keeping it simple.
I’ll switch back to a high volume protocol after 2 weeks of German Volume Training. I’m currently weighing 67 kg and I want to reach 70 kg in the next one month.
My diet is fairly simple – Carbs – 50% Protein 25% and Fats 25%.
I might slowly start cutting down on my carbs if I feel I’m gaining fat. But at the moment I’m not really gaining a lot of fat, so high carbs is the way to go for now.
My workout for today was:
Bench Press – 10 sets of 5 reps
Pull ups – 10 sets of 5 reps
Incline Presses – 3 sets of 15 reps
Lat Pull Down – 3 sets of 10 reps
