1) Always MOVE!


Kwavi advices women to always find a way to move. By moving she means brisk walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, basically anything that accelerated the heart rate. This is so that your metabolism increases and the fat around your belly starts to disappear.

Kwavi suggests everyone to start MOVING at least 3 times a week. It would be ideal to move 5 times a week, but if you are beginning then 3 times should be good enough or else you might end up getting extremely sore and not going the next day.

You must start with 3 times week and gradually ascend to 5. This is the first step.


2) Increase Fibre Intake


The next step is to increase your fibre intake. Fibre helps in digestion, which means all your food is getting properly digested and absorbed. You bowl becomes clear and the paunch which always troubles you will slowly start to fade.

Kwavi suggests an instake of 5-6grams a day.

Some amazing sources of fibre are fruits veggies, beans, reduce carbs, whole grains. The whole idea behind this step is to keep you away from processed food. Processed food is hard to digest which is why it stays inside your tummy, thus making me bulge.


3) Avoid Sugar Sweetened Drinks


Sugary drinks are nothing but unhealthy sugar. It does nothing but give you little relief for some time and in return adversely affects your body. Kwavi says a bloated tummy not only looks bad but may also cause health issues like cancer, heart diseases and other such ailments. So if you have a bulging tummy you better start buying yourself some sugar free drinks.

Don’t these sound easy. Well they definitely are. Kwavi always innovates simple techniques that can be used by anyone. She also mentions that it is important to choose the form of exercise you like and stick to it.
